Overview

As Lead UX/UI Designer, I shaped the interaction model, navigation, content hierarchy, merchandising patterns, plan-selection flows, and cross-sell experiences. The project also explored tablet-optimized viewing and data-free streaming, helping define how AT&T and DirecTV could deliver entertainment across screens as the company moved toward products such as DIRECTV NOW.

Overview

Digital Manual was a proposed self-service support experience for the DIRECTV mobile app, designed to bring fragmented help and troubleshooting resources into one centralized destination.

I led the UX/UI design for a guided support system that helped customers find answers through proactive error alerts, search, curated tutorials, or category-based browsing. Tutorials translated complex equipment and service issues into visual, step-by-step methods, with options to explore alternate solutions, activate AR/3D guidance, or connect directly with a support representative through chat or voice.

The concept evolved DIRECTV’s existing Settings & Help experience into a more contextual and actionable support journey, helping customers resolve common issues independently while preserving a clear path to live assistance when needed.
